Skin felt cooler and calmer immediately after applying the neutralizer solution. Much more effective than just rinsing with water. Made me calmer too being a first time peel user as the “burning feel” was a little bit concerning ( I didn’t know what to expect).

3 stars because for the pump. It was not working and the bottle was messy, but as for the neutralizer 100% . The tingling sensation from the peel stopped after application.
